BB-8 Costume

I made this BB-8 costume for my son for halloween 2016. He's all about Star wars this year. So I went with a vintage pattern for a baseball/pumpkin costume I found at a resale store. We bought the white, orange and grey in fleece since Michigan gets chilly in October. He looked a little like a marshmallow before we sewed on the orange and grey details. I took apart an old hat to get the pattern to shape a hat outta fleece to make the head. We sewed in pipe cleaners for his antennas and a plastic egg half was sewn on for his big eye. We stuffed him with plastic bags so it would be light and moveable.
